Subpoena Notes

Requests for local subpoenas should be filed 10 days before court date.
Requests for out-of-town subpoenas should be filed 30 days before court date.
In a misdemeanor case, up to 6 subpoenas can be issued for free.
In a felony case, up to 16 subpoenas can be issued for free.
